On December 4, 2019 by Abhay Deshpandeप्रा. मोहन आपटे यांच्या ८१ वा जन्मदिवस साजरा करण्यासाठी व त्यांच्या स्मृतीला उजाळा देण्यासाठी खगोलं मंडळा तर्फे रविवार दि. ८ डिसेंबर २०१९ रोजी सायंकाळी ५:३० ते ७:०० पर्यन्त एक विशेष संस्मरण कार्यक्रम आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे. मंडळातर्फे श्री. दिलीप जोशी तसेच मराठी विज्ञान परिषदेतर्फे श्री. अ. पां. देशपांडे या प्रसंगी बोलणार आहेत. रविवार दि. ८
